In addition to episodes that have aired, a number of other episodes have been produced. Some of these were scheduled for broadcast but never aired, while others are yet to be placed on Nickelodeon's U.S. schedule. In the past, some episodes were first released on DVD before being aired on TV. The first such episode was "Popcorn Panic", which was originally released on DVD but eventually aired on May 9, 2009.

Kowalski's obsession with Doris drives him to invent a love ray, which also works in reverse, resulting in him accidentally turning the entire zoo against him before he manages to reset them to normal. |

Kowalski unwisely revives Jiggles, having changed his genetic code so that Jiggles will now only eat whipped cream, only to discover the side-effect that Jiggles will now multiply whenever it is struck. When Jiggles escapes the penguin habitat and begins to increasingly multiply, Kowalski is only narrowly able to stop them by luring them back into the habitat and lowering the temperature, with the penguins subsequently sending the 'Jiggili' to another world where they can be the space squids' problem. |
